recipe: pink lemonade pound cake

I found this recipe today, and thought it was absolutely PERFECT to share with all of you.  hope you enjoy!

1.  1 package lemon cake mix

2.  1 3 oz package instant lemon pudding

3.  4 eggs

4.  1/3 cup vegetable oil

5.  1/2 cup milk

6.  1/2 cup pink lemonade concentrate

7.  4 drops pink or red food coloring

8.  1 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate; thawed

9.  1/2 cup white sugar

10.  bundt pan

step 1. combine the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, lemon concentrate, food coloring, & milk.  Mix until smooth.

step 2.  pour mixture into well greased bundt pan.  put in oven and cook for 50 min-1 hr.

step 3. mix together frozen pink lemonade concentrate and sugar in smaller bowl to make glaze topping.  pour topping onto cake as soon as you take it out and place it on a cooling plate.  Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes before eating.

the final result is absolutely delicious.  it’s very lemony and sweet – the best of both worlds!
